How are products ordered on my store?
Products on your store are displayed in a specific order depending on the page. You choose the order each page opens in, and visitors can sort category, brand and All Products pages themselves.
Category pages
By default, products on category pages are displayed in the order you set in your dashboard. This is the Featured order. To change it:
- Go to Store > Products > Categories in your store dashboard
- Click on the category you want to reorder
- In the Products tab, drag and drop products into your preferred order
- Save your changes
New products added to a category will appear at the end of the list by default.
You can also open a category in another order, such as price or newest first. Set it for the whole store in Store > Settings > Products, or for one category in its Product Order setting.

Homepage featured products
You can pick which products appear on your homepage and the order they display in. Go to Design > Editor, click the featured products section, and pick them in Custom Products. They show in the order you pick them. Press Publish when you are done.
If you pick fewer products than the section's Quantity, the remaining slots are filled with your most recently added products.

Other pages
- All Products page: newest products first, unless you set a different store default
- Brand pages: newest products first, unless you set a different store default
- Special Offers page: most viewed products first
- Search results: ordered by relevance to the search term
Can my visitors sort products by price?
Yes. Category, brand and All Products pages have a sort control. Visitors can sort by Featured, Newest, Price: low to high, Price: high to low, Top rated, and Name: A to Z. Search results and Special Offers have no sort control.

How many products show per page?
Your store displays 12 products per page on category, brand, and search pages. When there are more than 12 products, pagination links appear at the bottom of the page so visitors can browse through all products.
The number of products per page is not currently configurable.
