How are products ordered on my store?
Products on your store are displayed in a specific order depending on the page. You can control the order on category pages by rearranging products in your dashboard.
Category pages
Products on category pages are displayed in the order you set in your dashboard. To change the order:
- Go to Products > Categories in your store dashboard
- Click on the category you want to reorder
- In the Products tab, drag and drop products into your preferred order
- Save your changes
New products added to a category will appear at the end of the list by default.
Homepage featured products
You can manually select which products appear on your homepage and the order they display in. Go to Pages > Homepage > Options to choose your featured products.
If you have not selected enough featured products, the remaining slots are filled with your most recently added products.
Other pages
- All Products page: newest products first
- Special Offers page: most viewed products first
- Search results: ordered by relevance to the search term
Can my visitors sort products by price?
Visitor-facing sorting (e.g. by price, popularity, or rating) is not currently available. Products are displayed in the order described above.

How many products show per page?
Your store displays 12 products per page on category, brand, and search pages. When there are more than 12 products, pagination links appear at the bottom of the page so visitors can browse through all products.
The number of products per page is not currently configurable.
