How to customize your homepage

From your store's Dashboard, go to Your Store > Pages. Look for the Homepage on the list and click on Edit:

Titles

The first tab will be the Titles page. Here goes your Store Name, Subtitle, and Link Title. AI can be used to generate all sections with one click.

You can use the AI Assistant anywhere you see these icons - just give it a click!

Content

The Content tab will give you the space for any content you want to put on your store's homepage. Scrolling below will also give you more fields to edit, like the Offer Text Box and the Testimonials.

Options (Hero Section)

The 3rd tab, Options, is where you can customize the Hero section. This Hero section shows on your homepage under your logo and menu. You can use a large image or a selection of products, and there are several options to customize the layout.

All these options relate to the Hero Section of your Store's Homepage

Hero Section Height

Set the overall height of your hero section to match the look you want:

Default: Fits the content automatically (original behaviour)
Small: 400px
Medium: 500px
Large: 600px
Extra Large: 700px
Huge: 800px

Image Fit

Choose how your hero image fits inside the hero section:

Cover: Crops the image to fill the whole section. Best when you want the hero to be edge-to-edge with no empty space.
Contain: Shows the whole image without cropping. Any empty space around the image is filled with a background colour (see below).

Background Colour

When Image Fit is set to Contain, this option sets the background colour that fills the space around your image. Useful for matching your store's branding or creating a clean letterbox effect.

Focal Point Picker

When Image Fit is set to Cover, the focal point picker lets you choose which part of the image should stay visible after cropping. Click on the point of the image you want to keep centred, and the hero will crop around that point across all screen sizes. This is useful when a specific face, product, or object needs to stay in view on mobile as well as desktop.

Links

The Links section shows all the in-store links. There is also the option to make the links 'nofollow'.

Images

The Images tab allows you to upload custom images for your Store's Hero Section banner and Offer Box's background image. Please take note that the Hero Image Banner size should be about 1200px by 800px as a minimum.

Note: We recommend not putting text in the image because it will adjust depending on the device (e.g. mobile, tablet, different screen sizes), and the text will almost certainly get cut off on at least one of those devices.
