Products - Feature Guide
In Store > Products, you will find a list of all of your available products. Here you can View, Edit, and Delete a certain product or multiple products at once. To delete the product or products, just click on the box next to the product name. This will select the item, and you can then either click on the Delete button or choose an Action, such as to Enable or Disable the product, or Add to Category.
Filter products by merchant
To see only the products from one merchant, such as Amazon or eBay, click Filter above the list and choose a Merchant. The Merchants column shows which merchants each product has offers from.
Creating a product with its buy button in one step
When you click New to create a product manually, you'll see a Where to Buy (Custom Offer) section at the top of the form. Fill in an affiliate link, price, and locale and the product and its custom offer are created and linked in one save, so the "Buy" button appears immediately. If you'd rather add offers later (for example by attaching Amazon offers via the Product Finder), untick the toggle. See the Custom Offers guide for details.
To edit a product, click on the Edit icon. This will take you to a new page where you can regenerate the product content, including the Title, Subtitle, Link Title, content, image, SEO and Brand. If you scroll towards the bottom of the page, you will see other options as well. They include:
Affiliate Clicks - This is where you will find analytics data on how often customers clicked on the product and the frequency of these clicks.
Categories - You can choose to add the product to a different category or create a brand new category for the item.
Offers - This is where you will find a list of the same product offered by different affiliates and various locales. You can choose to remove or delete the offers you don't want to show.
Activity Log - This page will show you all the events for the product, including when it was added, when offers were attached, AI content completed, and the product information updated.
Please note that if you delete the product, it will no longer be in your store.
Hide a product image
Images that come from a merchant cannot be deleted, because the offer would bring them back on its next update. You can hide them instead.
- Open the product and go to the Images tab.
- Find the image you do not want and click Hide.
- It disappears from your product page, and the next image takes its place. It stays hidden when the offer updates.
To bring one back, click Show on it, or use Show all hidden images at the bottom of the list. Images you uploaded yourself can still be deleted in the upload box above.
