Product Finder - Feature Guide
- From your Store's dashboard, go to Store > Products > Product Finder

- Select the Product Source you want, type in the Search Keyword and click the Find Products option.
You can also enter a product ID in the "Search Keywords" box to find a specific product. For example, you could enter an Amazon ASIN number.
- You can narrow down your choices by clicking Amazon Search Settings.

- Once you click on Find Products, a list of the products will show. You can inspect each product by clicking the product itself. This will bring you the source website.

- If a product that you've checked looks okay, you can either click on Import to add it as a new product in your store or click on Attach to add it to an existing product.
-
You can also tick the checkbox on the left side, next to Image text, to add the products in bulk.

- Or click the Import Selected button to add all the products shown.
NOTE: Your store will add the products in the background. This usually takes a few minutes but can occasionally take a bit longer.
Checking which results fit your store
Once you have a list of search results, you can use the Check Recommended button to ask the AI which products are a good fit for your store. The AI scores each result against your store name, your niche, your enabled categories, and a sample of your existing products.

- Run a search as normal so the results table is populated.
- Click Check Recommended in the top action bar (the button with the AI badge).
- Each row in the Recommended column now shows a Yes, Maybe, or No badge.
- Hover any badge to see a one-line reason in plain English, for example "Fits shark film category well."
What the badges mean:
- Yes: clearly belongs in a store like yours, given your niche, categories, and existing products.
- Maybe: could work, but is borderline. Adjacent to your niche, overlapping with what you already stock, or an ambiguous title.
- No: does not fit. Wrong category, wrong audience, or unrelated to what your store is about.
The richer your store settings (niche set, a few enabled categories, some existing products), the sharper the recommendations. If your niche field is empty, fill it in first under Store Settings.
Check Recommended runs as one batched AI call across all the results currently on screen, so it stays fast and uses a small amount of AI chips per click. You can re-run it whenever you change the search or the page of results.
Troubleshooting
My keyword search returns no products
If Product Finder shows an empty list after you click Find Products, try the following:
- Use broader keywords. A term like "fishing lures" returns more results than "bass fishing topwater lures for small ponds". Start broad, then refine later.
- Check for typos. Product Finder searches the merchant exactly as you typed it. A single wrong character can return zero results.
- Check your country setting. Product availability differs by country. If you are searching Amazon and your store's default country is set to a smaller market, fewer products will be available. Try switching to the US or UK to see if results appear there.
- Check the Product Source. If you have Amazon selected but the niche is better served by eBay, AliExpress, or Walmart, try a different source.
- Remove Amazon Search Settings filters. If you have narrowed the search with price range, rating, or other filters, try clearing them to see if results reappear.
- Try a synonym. Merchants index product titles differently. "Wireless earbuds" may return different results to "bluetooth earbuds" even though they mean the same thing.
My products import but take a long time to appear
Product imports run in the background. They usually finish in a few minutes but can occasionally take longer if you imported a large batch or the merchant is slow. Check back in 10 minutes before assuming something went wrong.
Check Recommended is not scoring my results
If the Recommended column stays empty after you click the button:
- Check your AI chip balance. Check Recommended uses a small amount of AI chips. If you are out of chips for the month, top up or wait for the next renewal.
- Run a search first. The button only scores the results currently on screen. If the table is empty, there is nothing to score.
- Try again in a few seconds. If the AI service is briefly busy, the score may not return. Click the button again.
