What does the Support Tickets number on my account page mean?

The Support Tickets number in the "Your Account Stats" section of your account page is a simple running total of the support conversations you have opened with our team.

For example, "Support Tickets: 10" means you have contacted our support team 10 times since joining FreshStore.

It is not a limit, quota, or allowance. There is no cap on support: you can contact our team as often as you like, on every plan.

Where you'll see it

Log in to your FreshStore account and open your account summary page. The "Your Account Stats" section shows a few lifetime numbers about your account, including your total support tickets.
