Do you offer phone support?
No, we don't offer phone support. All FreshStore support is handled by email and support tickets, and our team replies to every message.
Why email only?
Written support lets us give you accurate, step-by-step answers with links and screenshots, and keeps a full history of your conversation so nothing gets lost. Any member of the team can pick up your ticket with the full context, which means you get help faster and don't have to repeat yourself.
How to reach a human

- If you are chatting with the AI assistant and would like a person instead, just ask for a human and choose email when prompted. Your conversation will be sent straight to the team.
