How to whitelist emails from FreshStore

IMPORTANT - If you don't follow this guide and whitelist our emails, you might miss out on your store stats, our replies to your support tickets, exclusive invites, new guides and strategies, special offers, product news and all other updates.

We will email you from the address team@freshstore.com. Please save this in your email address book, drag it to your inbox, and mark it as important. More details are in the video and instructions below.

Step 1: Move Our Emails Out of Promotions

Many email providers automatically sort our emails into a Promotions or Updates folder. The first step is to move them to your main inbox:

  1. Check your Promotions, Updates, or Other folders for emails from FreshStore
  2. Drag them to your Primary inbox (or move them manually)
  3. If prompted, confirm that you want future emails to go to your inbox

Step 2: Add Us to Your Contacts

Adding our email address to your contacts tells your email provider that we are a trusted sender.

Please add the following email to your address book: team@freshstore.com

Step 3: Mark as Important

If your email provider supports it, mark our emails as important so they always appear at the top of your inbox.


Instructions for Specific Email Providers

Gmail

  1. Open an email from FreshStore in your inbox
  2. Hover over the sender's name and click "Add to Contacts"
  3. If the email is in your Promotions tab, drag it to the Primary tab
  4. When Gmail asks "Do this for future messages?", click Yes
  5. Click the star or importance marker next to the email

Outlook / Hotmail

  1. Open an email from FreshStore
  2. Click the three dots menu and select "Add to Safe senders"
  3. Alternatively, go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
  4. Under "Safe senders and domains", add team@freshstore.com
  5. Click Save

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open an email from FreshStore
  2. Click the three dots menu and select "Add sender to Contacts"
  3. Alternatively, go to Settings > More Settings > Filters
  4. Create a new filter with "From contains" set to team@freshstore.com
  5. Set the action to "Move to Inbox"
  6. Click Save

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Open an email from FreshStore
  2. Tap the sender's name or email address at the top
  3. Tap "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs"
  4. Adding to VIPs will give FreshStore emails their own section and notify you when they arrive

Thunderbird

  1. Check your Junk folder for emails from FreshStore
  2. Right-click any FreshStore email and select "Mark As Not Junk"
  3. Click Address Book in the top menu
  4. Click "New Card" and add team@freshstore.com
  5. Click OK to save

Other Email Providers

The steps are similar for most email providers:

  1. Find an email from FreshStore (check Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders)
  2. Mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk"
  3. Add team@freshstore.com to your address book or contacts
  4. Create a filter to always deliver emails from this address to your inbox
