Can I reset my store design or change theme?

Short answer: FreshStore uses one modern storefront design, which you customise to make it your own. There is no separate theme to switch to, and no one-click "reset to default" button.

What you can change

Go to Design in your store dashboard to customise:

  • Colour scheme: choose from a range of ready-made palettes.
  • Typography: change the fonts.
  • Logo and store icon: upload your own, pick a built-in icon, or generate one with AI.
  • Images and layout: set your homepage hero, listing images, and layout options.

Starting your design again

Because there is a single template, you reset by changing the options back yourself (for example choosing a different colour scheme or clearing a custom logo). If you want your store returned to the original default look, contact support using the help icon and we will help.
