How to change your name on your FreshStore account
You can update the name on your FreshStore account in your account settings. This is the name used on your account profile and on your billing details.
How to update your name
- Log in to your FreshStore account at my.freshstore.com
- Go to Account Details
- Update your First Name and Last Name fields
- Click Save
Your name on your account is for your account profile and billing details. It is not displayed on any of your stores or to your visitors.
What about the name on a domain I registered through FreshStore?
If you registered a custom domain through FreshStore, the registration includes your name as the domain owner. To change the name on a registered domain (e.g. for a Whois change or domain transfer), please contact support.
