Where do I start with FreshStore?
The fastest way to start is to open your store and follow the interactive Launch Plan built into your dashboard. It walks you through every step from first setup to launch-ready, in order, without you having to guess what comes next.
How to open your Launch Plan
- Log in to my.freshstore.com and click the Login button next to your store
- In your store dashboard, look for Launch Plan in the sidebar (or click the Launch Plan tile on the dashboard home page)
- Work through the steps in order. Click Action Now on each step to open the relevant page, then click Complete when you are done.
If you used an Instant Store to build your store, many of the Launch Plan steps are already done for you. Just click to confirm and complete them.

Is there a written version of the checklist?
Yes. The Getting Started Checklist in the Profit Playbook covers the same ground as the in-app Launch Plan, in article form. Use it if you prefer to read ahead or print a copy.
Tip: You don't need to finish every step before you start getting traffic. Launch early, then keep improving as you go. This is more effective than waiting for your store to feel "perfect".
