Where do I start with FreshStore?
The fastest way to start is to open your store and follow the interactive Recommendations page built into your dashboard. It tells you the next things worth doing on that store, in order of payoff, so you do not have to guess what comes next.
How to open your Recommendations
- Log in to my.freshstore.com and click the Login button next to your store
- In your store dashboard, click Recommendations in the sidebar
- On a new store you see Your first steps at the top. Work through those in order, using the button on each one to open the right page.
- Below that is the live list of recommendations for your store. Each card has a button that takes you straight to the tool it is talking about.
The page used to be called Launch Plan. The original launch checklist is still there, collapsed at the bottom of the same page, if you prefer to tick steps off a list.
If you used an Instant Store to build your store, many of the checklist steps are already done for you. Just click to confirm and complete them.

Is there a written version of the checklist?
Yes. The Getting Started Checklist in the Profit Playbook covers the same ground, in article form. Use it if you prefer to read ahead or print a copy.
Tip: You don't need to finish every step before you start getting traffic. Launch early, then keep improving as you go. This is more effective than waiting for your store to feel "perfect".
