Messages - Feature Guide

When a customer uses the Contact Us form on your website, their message will be in your store dashboard under:

Store > Users > Messages

Please note that customer's content, such as name and email, will also be added under Store > Users. This is a way you can collect their emails for your Newsletter. You can find more about creating a custom newsletter in our guide:
