How to add a Custom Newsletter or Autoresponder Form
You can use your own email marketing service on your store instead of the built-in newsletter box. This works with Mailchimp, AWeber, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, ConvertKit and any other autoresponder that gives you an embed code for a signup form.
There are two steps. First, add your own signup form with a Custom HTML section. Then, if you want, switch off the built-in newsletter box in the footer.
How to Add Your Own Signup Form
- In your email marketing service, create a signup form and copy its embed code (HTML).
- In your store dashboard, go to Design > Editor.
- Use the page selector at the top left to pick your homepage or a custom page you have created.
- Add a Custom HTML section and paste your embed code into the HTML field.
- Check the form in the preview, then click Publish.
TIP: To give your form a page of its own, create a custom page (for example, "Newsletter") in Store > Pages first. Then add the Custom HTML section to that page in the Editor.

How to Disable the Newsletter Box
Go to your store's Dashboard and click Design in the left sidebar.
Next, click on Store Options and open the Footer tab.
Then switch off Show Footer Newsletter, save, and you're set. Make sure to clear your store cache for the changes to appear right away.
