What payment options do you offer?

We provide 100% secure payments to our customers for all FreshStore accounts.

Payment Options

We currently offer the following payment options:

  1. Credit Cards. We accept various credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  2. PayPal. As they say, "From shopping online to sending payments, PayPal is the safer and easier way to pay". You can also link debit or credit cards with PayPal and load your PayPal account from your bank account.

Can I pay by bank transfer or direct debit?

No. We don't currently support direct bank transfers, direct debit, BACS, or any other bank-account-only payment method. All FreshStore subscriptions need to be paid by credit card or PayPal.

If you want to fund payments from your bank account, the workaround is to link your bank account to PayPal and then choose PayPal at checkout. PayPal will draw from the linked bank account.

Free Trials

Signing up for a free trial of FreshStore is 100% free. Please note that we require you to set your payment option for future payments. You may cancel your free trial at any time to prevent being charged.

How to Update Your Payment Method

To change or update your payment method, log in to your account at 🔗 my.freshstore.com and go to the Billing section.

Payment Troubleshooting

I updated my payment method but still see an error

If you have updated your payment details but your account still shows a payment issue:

  1. Log out of your account and log back in
  2. Check that the new payment method was saved correctly in the Billing section
  3. Make sure the card has not expired and has sufficient funds
  4. If using PayPal, check that your PayPal account is in good standing

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please contact support. Payment issues are resolved quickly and we can check the status on our end.

My stores are suspended due to an overdue payment

If your payment fails, your stores may be temporarily suspended. Don't worry, your data is safe. Update your payment method in the Billing section and your stores will be restored within a few minutes. If you need help, contact support.
