If you see "FRESHSTORE.COM/HELP" or "FRESHSTORE" on your billing statement

FRESHSTORE.COM/HELP will appear on your billing statement when you have a FreshStore subscription or have ordered an upgrade. These charges may appear monthly or yearly, depending on your package.

Is FreshStore legitimate?

Yes. FreshStore is a legitimate software company that has been operating since 2010. We provide an affiliate store building platform used by thousands of members worldwide. Our company, Fresh Labs Group Limited, is a registered UK company.

If you see a charge from FreshStore and do not recognise it, it is most likely from a free trial that has converted to a paid subscription. Please see below for how to access your account or contact us.

Our Free Trials

You may have started a free trial with FreshStore or one of our other products. The free trial will convert to a paid account if you do not cancel the free trial.

How to Cancel
