Welcome to Your New Account Area
Your account area has a new home. We rebuilt it from the ground up, and every member now uses it at my.freshstore.com.
Same login, same stores, same billing. Nothing about your account has changed except the tools you use to run it. This guide shows you where everything is.
The Dashboard
The old dashboard showed you everything at once. The new one shows you what matters now:
- Your next action. One clear step to move your stores forward, front and centre.
- Your numbers. Stores, visitors, and estimated earnings across your account.
- Updates and wins. Recent announcements and good news from your stores.
Actions
Actions is new. It is a ranked list of the most useful things you can do across all of your stores, best first. When you are not sure what to work on, start here.
Your Stores
Stores now live under Build in the left menu. The list shows each store with its traffic and estimated earnings, so you can see at a glance which stores earn and which need attention.
Click any store for its own page: stats, health checks, recommendations, and settings in one place.
Domains
Domains are also under Build. Each domain shows its status and expiry, and we now remind you before a domain expires. Finding and connecting a new domain happens right here too.
Billing
Billing has its own page under Account. Your plan, invoices, payment details, and any extras are all self-serve. No more digging through the avatar menu.
Guides and the Profit Playbook
Guides used to open in a separate site. Now the whole library is inside your account area under Resources, with search.
The Profit Playbook is there too: a step-by-step course that follows your journey from first store to steady earnings.
The bell
The bell in the top bar tells you when something good happens: a store finishes building, a review completes, a milestone lands. It is quiet unless there is something worth knowing.
