How do I download my store images?

Your store keeps images in separate slots depending on the item:

Articles have three image slots: Hero, Listing, and Social.
Categories have a Listing image.
Products and offers use a single image.

Use the same image for the Hero and Listing slots

When you edit an article, open the Images tab. Alongside the separate Hero, Listing, and Social upload fields there is a Fill Empty Images switch.

Edit the article and open the Images tab.
Upload or generate your Hero image.
Turn on Fill Empty Images.
Save. Your Hero image is copied into any empty slots (Listing and Social). It will not overwrite images you have already set.

Fill Empty Images only fills slots that are currently empty. If a slot already has an image you want to replace, clear that slot first, then turn on Fill Empty Images and save.

Download or save an image you have already used

There is no dedicated download button, but every image in your store is served from a public web address, so you can save it straight from your browser:

Edit the item (article, category, product, or offer) that uses the image.
Click the image thumbnail in the edit form. It opens the full image in a new browser tab.
Right-click the image and choose Save image as to download it.

AI-generated images are unique each time. If you create an image with the AI Image Generator and want to keep that exact one, save it from the item where you first used it, because generating again with the same keywords will produce a different image.
