Does FreshStore work on mobile phones and tablets?
Yes. Both your store and your store dashboard are designed to work on mobile phones, tablets, and any device with a web browser.
Your Store (What Visitors See)
Your store is fully responsive and automatically adapts its layout for different screen sizes. On a mobile phone, the design adjusts so that products, articles, categories, and navigation are all easy to browse and tap.
You don't need to do anything to enable this. Every FreshStore template is built to work on all devices out of the box.
Open your store on your phone to see how it looks. Over half of web traffic now comes from mobile devices, so it's worth checking that your content and products look good on smaller screens.
Your Store Dashboard (Where You Manage Your Store)
You can log in to your store dashboard and manage your store from a mobile device. Everything works, including adding products, editing articles, changing settings, and viewing analytics.
However, we recommend using a tablet, laptop, or computer where possible. Some dashboard pages display a lot of information (product lists, analytics tables, settings) which can be harder to work with on a small screen.
Your FreshStore Account
Your main FreshStore account at my.freshstore.com also works on mobile. You can create stores, manage domains, and handle billing from any device.

If your store layout looks broken on a mobile device, it may be caused by custom HTML content that isn't responsive. Contact support and we will help you fix it.
