Restore Deleted Items

Every list in your store dashboard has tabs along the top, and each one has a Deleted tab. That covers Products, Offers, Categories, Brands, Articles, Article Categories, Users, Messages and Category Populators.

How to Restore Something You Deleted

  1. Open the list the item was in, for example Products.
  2. Click the Deleted tab.
  3. Click Restore on the item's row. To restore several at once, tick them and choose Restore from the bulk actions.

Deleted items stay in the Deleted tab for 14 days. After that, store maintenance removes them permanently and they cannot be restored.

Products That Lost Their Image

A product takes its picture from its offer. If you delete an offer, for example with Store Cleaner's Delete Out of Stock Offers, the product shows a placeholder image. Restore the offer from Offers, Deleted tab within 14 days and the picture comes back.

The Other Tabs

The other tabs filter the list. For example, Products, No Offers shows products with no offer, and Offers, No Stock shows offers that are out of stock at the merchant.

What Happened to Advanced Mode?

These tabs used to appear only when Advanced Mode was switched on. They now show on every store, so the Advanced Mode setting has been removed.
