Why is the login to my store failing?
If you are seeing the following message when trying to log in:
Login failed. Please check the activity log for details.
This is likely caused by one of the following reasons:
- The email address on your main account has been changed
- The email address on the user account in your store has been changed
- The user has been deleted from your store
These are known issues that we are working on improving. For now, please contact support to fix this or revert your account email address if possible.
