Users - Feature Guide
Your store allows visitors to register and create an account. This will not give them access to your store backend. You can also create additional admin accounts to allow outsourcers or members of your team to help manage your store.
To create a user for your store click Users—>Accounts and select New user. This will take you to a page where you can fill out the information for your new user.
Once you've created the User, you will need to select the User Access Roles. If you want to give VA access to your store, you will check the 'User and Admin' options. This way the virtual assistant has access to your store.
Please note that the Super Admin role should only be used for your name and email. The Super Admin is the main user and is connected to the Login button in your FreshStore account. If you change the email for the Super Admin, the Login button will no longer work.
Another thing to note is that when a customer signs up for your newsletter or uses the Contact Us form, a User will be created for them. Again, they do not get any access to your store backend. This is a way to collect their emails and use them for your Newsletter.
