Link Importer - Feature Guide

The Link Importer lets you quickly add products to your store in bulk by copy-pasting links or IDs. It supports Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.

To access this feature, go to your store dashboard, then Store > Products > AI Tools > Link Importer.

How to import products

1. Choose the Product Source: Amazon, eBay or AliExpress.
2. Paste your links or IDs into the box, one per line. You can mix full product links and bare IDs.
3. Choose the Locale for your chosen source. For Amazon this is the country site used when you paste bare ASINs, and full Amazon links keep the country of the pasted link. For eBay it sets the pricing and shipping used when you paste bare item IDs. For AliExpress it only sets the language and currency of the imported product data, because AliExpress links work worldwide.
4. Select one or more categories for the new products.
5. Click Import Links.

What you can paste

• Amazon: full Amazon product links (for example https://www.amazon.com/dp/...) or bare ASINs.
• eBay: full eBay item links (for example https://www.ebay.com/itm/...) or bare eBay item IDs.
• AliExpress: full AliExpress item links (for example https://www.aliexpress.com/item/...) or bare AliExpress product IDs.

Your products import in the background, so it can take a few minutes for them all to appear in your store. The results table shows the status of each line:

• Importing: the product is being added to your store in the background.
• Duplicate: the product is already in your store.
• Failed: the link or ID was not valid.

Adding products from Etsy, Walmart and everywhere else

The Link Importer covers Amazon, eBay and AliExpress only. Products from other merchants are still easy to add, just with a different tool:

• Etsy and Walmart: use the Product Finder (Store > Products > AI Tools > Product Finder) to search by keyword, or AI Fill Categories to populate a whole category at once. Both support Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Etsy and Walmart. You will need your affiliate credentials saved first, in your account area under Settings > Affiliate Networks.
• Any other website: use the Product Importer (Store > Products > AI Tools > Product Importer). Paste the URL of any product page and FreshStore reads the page, creates a custom offer with your link, and has the AI write the content. This is the right tool for a single Etsy listing, a ClickBank offer, a Shopify store, or your own brand site.

So if you want Etsy products in your store, you have two options: search them with the Product Finder using your Etsy affiliate credentials, or paste individual Etsy listing URLs into the Product Importer. Pasting an Etsy link into the Link Importer will not work.
