Link Importer - Feature Guide

The Link Importer lets you quickly add products to your store in bulk by copy-pasting links or IDs. It supports both Amazon and eBay.

To access this feature, go to your store dashboard, then Store > Products > Link Importer.

How to import products

  1. Choose the Product Source: Amazon or eBay.
  2. Paste your links or IDs into the box, one per line. You can mix full product links and bare IDs.
  3. For eBay, choose the eBay Locale. This is used for the pricing and shipping shown when you paste bare eBay item IDs.
  4. Select one or more categories for the new products.
  5. Click Import Links.

What you can paste

  • Amazon: full Amazon product links (for example https://www.amazon.com/dp/...) or bare ASINs.
  • eBay: full eBay item links (for example https://www.ebay.com/itm/...) or bare eBay item IDs.

Your products import in the background, so it can take a few minutes for them all to appear in your store. The results table shows the status of each line:

  • Importing: the product is being added to your store in the background.
  • Duplicate: the product is already in your store.
  • Failed: the link or ID was not valid.

The video above shows an earlier version of FreshStore that imported Amazon links only. The Link Importer now also supports eBay, so the interface may look slightly different.
