Getting Help and Support
There are many ways to get help with FreshStore. Let's explore them!
Contacting our Support Team
To send a message to our Support Team, simply click the support button in the bottom right corner. After you click the help button, click "Ask" at the top to contact our support team directly.
You can also find this button on all other guides, in your account area, and in your stores' admin areas.
Please include all the information you can (e.g. which store, your email addresses, screenshots, etc.). This will enable us to help you faster.
Using AI Answers
The support button has an "AI Answers" option. This will give you an instant answer to your question instead of waiting for our Support Team.
We know that speaking to robots can be frustrating.. but for most questions, the AI Answers will get it right and it's worth a try to get a fast answer!
If you don't get a good answer you can click "Ask Support" to contact our team without having to type your question again.

If you prefer to email us directly, you can use our email address team@freshstore.com
When you send an email to us, you will receive an email auto-reply to let you know we have received it. If you haven't received our auto-reply, please check your Spam folder.
