How long does it take to create a store?

When you create a store, it appears in your store list straight away with a Building badge, a progress bar, and the step it is working on.

On average, it will take 2 minutes to complete creating your new store and should be no longer than 10 minutes.

If the first attempt hits a problem, the badge changes to Retrying and we fix it automatically. You do not need to do anything.

If your store takes longer than 10 minutes please contact support to check if there are any issues.
