Why does my content formatting look wrong?

Content pasted from Google Docs, Word, WordPress, or another website can bring formatting that conflicts with FreshStore.

Format the content inside the FreshStore editor after you paste it.

On a phone or tablet

To paste, long press inside the editor and choose Paste from your phone's menu. If you only see a Link option, reload the page and try again. Then select the pasted text, then tap Clear formatting in the editor toolbar. The toolbar wraps onto another line on narrow screens, so the button remains available.

On a computer

Use Paste as Plain Text. Right-click and choose it, or use this keyboard shortcut:

• Mac: Cmd + Shift + V
• Windows: Ctrl + Shift + V

How to clear existing formatting

Select the affected text and click or tap the Clear formatting button:

This clears the formatting to plain text. You can then format the text with the editor tools.
