How to move an Article into an Article Category

This guide shows you how to move an article into an article category in your store.

1. Go to Articles > All Articles. Click on edit beside the article.

2. On the next page, scroll down, and you will see the Categories and Activity log tabs for that particular article. Under Categories, click on Add Categories on the upper right side.

3. A pop-up will let you choose which category you want that article added to.

4. Click on Add once you've chosen the Article Category. You can choose more than one.

5. The article is added to the category straight away.

How to add many articles to a category at once

1. Go to Articles > All Articles.
2. Tick the checkbox beside each article you want to move.
3. Click Actions above the list, then click Add to Category.
4. Choose the category from the dropdown. You can choose more than one category.
5. Click Submit.
